The Akshaya Patra Foundation is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Team Leader – Production to join our team at Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.
If you have a strong background in food production, team management, quality compliance, and process improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to one of the world’s largest NGO-run school meal programs.
🔹 Position: Team Leader – Production
📍 Location: Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Food Processing / Hotel Management or equivalent
💼 Experience: 4+ Years in Production/Manufacturing Operations
⏰ Shift: Flexible (Day & Night Shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production operations and achieve production targets
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate production teams
- Drive productivity, process improvements, and waste reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Maintain production records and quality checks
- Promote a safe and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong knowledge of food production and food safety practices
✔ Excellent leadership and people management skills
✔ Hands-on experience with MS Office and production-related systems
✔ Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
