Production Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of production lines.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining efficiency.
- Minimize downtime, wastage, and operational losses.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Follow GMP, GHP, HACCP, and SOP guidelines.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Promote a safe working environment on the shop floor.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE by all team members.
- Conduct safety observations and report incidents.
- Adhere to environmental and workplace safety regulations.
Team & Manpower Management
- Supervise operators and production helpers.
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Support Kaizen, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and productivity improvement projects.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement programs.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Maintain records related to downtime, wastage, rejection, and productivity.
- Generate shift handover reports and operational updates.
