🚀 We’re Hiring | Production / Quality Executive
📍 Location: Pune
Bakelite Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production / Quality Executive to strengthen our manufacturing and quality assurance processes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food production, quality standards, and operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production plans
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, and food safety protocols
- Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Maintain production and quality documentation
- Support implementation of SOPs and process improvements
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production or quality issues
🔹 Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or bakery production
✔ Knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and quality control processes
✔ Good documentation and reporting skills
✔ Ability to work in a production environment and manage operational challenges
