Quality Control Manager

About the Role:
Param Dairy Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance operations at our Khurja Plant. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to dairy processing, laboratory management, and food safety compliance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes across milk procurement, processing, and finished dairy products.
- Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
- Conduct and supervise microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor process quality parameters including SNF, fat content, MBRT, adulteration checks, etc.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Investigate quality complaints and ensure root cause analysis (RCA) with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dairy Industry (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing and quality standards.
- Experience in handling plant audits and compliance procedures.
