About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative R&D Executive to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of our product lines, including Mayonnaise, sauces, ketchup, RTE,RTC and spice blends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology and experience in new product development (NPD), recipe formulation, and sensory evaluation within the food processing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects for new product development and improvement of existing products.
- Formulate, test, and optimize recipes for mayonnaise, sauces, ketchups, and spice blends.
- Conduct shelf-life studies, stability testing, and sensory evaluations.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and procurement teams to scale up new products.
- Stay updated on market trends, new ingredients, and food regulations.
- Document R&D trials, maintain formulation records, and support regulatory compliance.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining product quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- 1 Year years of hands-on experience in R&D within the condiment, sauce, or spice industry.
- Strong knowledge of emulsification, spice blending, and food processing techniques.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
