- Build, develop & implement QMS (Quality Management System) with internal & external stakeholders.
- Facilitate certification processes: FSSC / BRC / GMP / ISO.
- Collaborate with procurement on RM & PM supplier details.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Ensure RM & PM procurement quality and build robust systems.
- Set up documentation systems across all departments.
- Strengthen traceability practices.
- Verify regulatory compliances, especially for RM & PM.
- Collaborate with quality team on format implementation.
- Draft SOPs, SSOPs, FSMS manuals, specifications, etc.
- Address non-compliances / non-conformities with the team.
- Liaise with procurement for specs, MSDS, certificates, etc.
- Support FSMS & QMS implementation efforts.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐:
- Strong understanding of Raw & Packaging Materials specifications
- Knowledge of certification processes: FSSC / BRC / FDA
- Familiarity with Chocolate & Bakery products is a plus.
