1. Instrumentation – Analyst / Sr. Analyst
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residue analysis using LC-MS, GC-MS, and ICP-MS
- Method development and validation
- Calibration and instrument maintenance
- Preparation of analytical reports
- Maintaining calibration and documentation records
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of analytical techniques
- Experience in regulated laboratory environment
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements
2. Microbiology – Analyst / Sr. Analyst
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Microbiological testing of food, agricultural products, and water samples
- Enumeration of microbial parameters
- Work as per National and International standard methods
- Documentation and reporting of results
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in food testing laboratory
- Familiarity with NABL guidelines
- Good laboratory practices and documentation skills
3. Food Wet Chemistry – Analyst / Sr. Analyst
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct wet chemistry analysis
- Testing parameters such as pH, moisture, ash, and other chemical properties
- Sample preparation as per testing requirements
- Maintain test records and documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on laboratory experience in food analysis
- Knowledge of chemical testing standards
4. Quality Assurance – Quality Auditor
Qualification: M.Sc. or Equivalent
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Food Analytical Testing Laboratory (NABL, FSSAI, APEDA)
- Review routine test reports
- Handle PT, ILC, and IQC data
- Manage QMS documentation
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QMS systems
- Experience in auditing techniques
- Good analytical and documentation skills
