We are hiring: Assistant Manager QA&QC
We have an opening for a QA/QC position at Sprig and Paul & Mike.
- Location: Kolenchery,Kochi, Kerala.
- Qualification: Post Graduation
- Experience: 4-8 Years
- Salary: 6-8L
B2C experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA & Food Safety across RM, PM, SFG & FG
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness & traceability
- Manage in-process quality checks, hygiene & product release
- Handle supplier qualification & performance monitoring
- Drive customer complaint resolution, RCA & CAPA
- Conduct internal audits & ensure HACCP compliance
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain & NPD teams
- Lead GMP, GHP & Food Safety training programs
- Oversee lab analysis, COA generation & SAP clearances
- Support export documentation & regulatory approvals (incl. SFDA)
