🔎 Hiring: Jr. Officer – Operations (RTH Manufacturing)
📍 Location: Bhandgaon (Factory)
This is a critical shop-floor role focused on driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless production, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
We are specifically looking for:
1. Diploma / B.E. in Food Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
2. 2–3 years of experience in food processing manufacturing
3. Hands-on experience in shift operations and managing production lines
4. Exposure to TPM, Lean practices, and food safety standards (GMP/GHP)
5. Strong ability to manage manpower, production scheduling, and performance metrics
In this role, you will:
1. Plan and execute daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
2. Monitor and improve key metrics like OEE, yield, and downtime
3. Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and safety standards
4. Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Planning, and Warehouse teams
5. Drive continuous improvement through TPM and Lean initiatives
6. Support new product trials and process optimization on the shop floor

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. – Ensure adherence to GMP, GHP, and food safety standards during all manufacturing
- operations.
- Monitor production parameters including OEE, downtime, yield, and material variances; identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Q&FS, and Planning teams for equipment readiness and with 3P unit & Warehouse for material coordination & smooth flow of operations.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to achieve cost and productivity goals.
- Drive implementation and sustenance of TPM and Lean manufacturing practices at the site.
- Conduct line audits, ensure safety compliance, and promote proactive reporting of unsafe conditions.
- Develop team capability through continuous coaching, feedback, and structured training programs
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting of production data in ERP as per SOPs for traceability and audits.
- Participate in new product trials, validation batches, and process optimization activities.
- Lead and support problem-solving initiatives to address process deviations and quality issues.
- Foster collaboration, discipline, and high engagement levels among team members to build a performance-oriented culture.
Job Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.E. in Food Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in food processing industry.
- Experience in shift-based manufacturing operations and exposure to unionized setup preferred.
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and Food Safety Management Systems desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of RTH food manufacturing processes and line operations.
- Ability to manage shift operations, manpower, and production scheduling.
- Proficiency in analyzing production metrics and driving performance improvements.
- Leadership, coaching, and team development abilities. – Focus on safety, quality, and compliance in all plant activities.
