📌 Position: Vendor Assessment & Supplier Audit
📍 Location: Moga, Punjab
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct vendor assessments & audits (on-site and remote) to evaluate supplier capabilities and compliance
• Analyze vendor performance metrics including quality, delivery, and service standards
• Identify risks, gaps, and non-conformities; recommend RCA & corrective actions
• Follow up with vendors for timely closure of audit findings
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams for vendor approval/disqualification
• Maintain vendor databases and assist in developing policies & procedures
• Stay updated with industry regulations and food safety standards
🎯 Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in vendor audits / supplier quality / related roles
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000 standards
• Experience with audit tools, risk management, and compliance systems
• Good analytical and communication skills
