Looking from Food / Beverage Industry (Mandatory).
We are seeking candidates who are available to join at the earliest and are keen to contribute to our greenfield project.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Total 15-18 years of relevant work experience, such as hands-on development of process & equipment design & success criteria (fit-for-purpose), well versed with validation protocol & verification techniques, data analytics and setting new projects (food industry) experience is most preferred.
- Define process design criteria for all SBUs (processes).
- Knowledge on FSSAI Schedule IV and international GMP standards is recommended (PRPs, Codex etc).
- Expert on HACCP & risk assessment & implementation techniques.
- Green-field projects & expansions of the processes or products.
