We’re Hiring! | Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain food safety and quality systems such as FSSAI, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and SOPs.
- Conduct routine inspection, sampling, and testing of raw milk, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.
- Investigate and report non-conformities, initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate internal audits and support third-party audits (regulatory and customer audits).
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and test results; generate reports for analysis and management review.
- Train production and quality staff on best practices in hygiene, food safety, and quality protocols.
- Work with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, R&D) to support quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in a dairy or food processing industry.
- Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and QMS software.
