🔍 About the Role:
AB Mauri is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join its Bakery Ingredients Team. This role plays a crucial part in managing food regulatory compliance and scientific affairs, ensuring products meet all statutory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product & labelling compliance as per regulatory norms in target markets
- Handle import-related regulatory queries and approvals
- Ensure compliance with Indian regulations (FSSAI) for labels and packaging
- Review RM/PM (Raw Material/Packaging Material) compliance, including dosage norms
- Prepare and manage change notifications in alignment with global standards
- Provide regulatory support for legal notices and documentation
- Monitor new regulations, amendments, and communicate updates across teams
- Collect and verify regulatory documents from raw material suppliers
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory & scientific affairs (food industry)
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and legal frameworks
- Experience in implementation of regulatory standards across plants
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, etc.)
- Good understanding of production processes and food safety standards
