We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – NPD & R&D | Everest Spices
Location: Mumbai
Everest Food Products Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced and hands-on leader to head our New Product Development & R&D function. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of food science, ingredient stability, and shelf life, capable of taking products from concept to successful market launch.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development of spices, sauces, gravies, and RTC/RTE products
- Collaborate closely with Production, QA, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure products are safe, stable, consistent, and great in taste
- Support the scale-up from trials to full commercial production
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in Food NPD / R&D
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience in commercializing products at scale
- Deep understanding of ingredients, formulation, and product stability
