Role Overview:
As a part of our Regulatory Affairs team, you will be responsible for managing FSSAI licensing, FOSCOS operations, and regulatory documentation to ensure full compliance across our food and nutraceutical lines. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and regulatory authorities to ensure timely submissions, renewals, and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FSSAI license applications, renewals, and updates on the FOSCOS portal.
- Maintain trackers for licenses, certificates, and regulatory documents.
- Apply for Health Certificates, Free Sale Certificates, and other regulatory approvals.
- Liaise with FSSAI, State Food Authorities, and CHAs for submissions and approvals.
- Upload periodic product and compliance reports on the FOSCOS portal.
- Stay updated with the latest FSSAI notifications and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Quality, Production, R&D, Brands, and Legal – for compliance readiness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. or B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or Nutrition.
- 2–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the food/nutraceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations and FOSCOS portal operations.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused mindset.
