We’re looking for a passionate R&D Executive who can lead New Product Development (NPD) in the breakfast and snack category, with a particular focus on energy bars and extruded products.
If you have a strong background in food technology, product formulation, and extrusion processes, and a drive to bring new superfood ideas to life — we’d love to hear from you!
Key Focus Areas:
- Millet-based product innovation
- Extruded snacks and breakfast formulations
- Energy bar development
- Product testing, quality improvement & scaling
