We’re Hiring | Quality Shift Incharge
📍Location: Bikaner and Deesa
We are looking for a Quality Shift Incharge to ensure strong quality control, compliance and continuous improvement at our Bikaner unit.
- Qualification: B.Tech (Food Technology) / BSc
- Experience: 0—3 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor quality of RM, PM & FG as per defined standards
2. Conduct in-process, finished product, process water & ETP water testing
3. Maintain chemical consumption, stock & laboratory records
4. Ensure compliance with Quality Management System & regulatory requirements
5. Handle customer quality complaints and drive root cause analysis & corrective actions
6. Maintain traceability, documentation, audits & quality reports
7. Coordinate with production teams to avoid quality-related losses
8. Ensure QC lab hygiene, calibration & safety reporting (accidents/near-miss)
