We also outsource some of our requirements to another plant located in Hyderabad. Role Overview:
PriyaGold is looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead Quality Assurance & Food Safety operations for wafer and chocolate manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control operations
- Develop, implement & improve SOPs, quality systems & process controls
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI & customer standards
- Establish plant-wide quality performance monitoring & reporting systems
- Drive audits, complaint management & continuous process improvement
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related field
- 12–18 years of experience in chocolate, wafer, confectionery, or food manufacturing quality operations
- Minimum 5–7 years in plant-level quality leadership role
- Strong expertise in quality systems, audits & food safety compliance
