Job Title: Quality Control & IPQC Officer
Location: Bhopal
Reports To: Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control (QC):
- Conduct tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain records and resolve quality-related complaints.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):
- Monitor production processes and verify adherence to SOPs and GMP.
- Ensure Critical Control Points (CCPs) compliance and immediate corrective actions.
- Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, FSSAI, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare quality reports and support audits.
- Training:
- Train staff on quality, hygiene, and safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role in the dairy or food industry.
- Skills: HACCP, GMP, laboratory testing, and analytical skills.
