🏭 Full-time | Plant-based Role
Adinath Agro is looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Compliance operations at our manufacturing facility.
This role is critical to ensuring 100% compliance, best-in-class product quality, and robust QA systems across ketchup, sauces, gravies, pickles, mayo, chutneys, jams, and HORECA products.
Role Overview:
The QA Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading QA/QC operations, food safety systems, and audits (FSSAI, FSSC 22000, HACCP).
- Managing documentation, plant hygiene, process validation, and statutory compliance.
- Ensuring consistent product quality across all batches.
- Handling customer complaints, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Overseeing vendor quality and third-party/contract manufacturing quality systems.
- Collaborating with the Principal Manufacturer for reports, deviations, audits, and quality improvements.
- Leading and developing the QA/QC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement & maintain FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP.
- Oversee RM/PM/FG quality control, sensory evaluation & process validations.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and support all internal/external audits.
- Drive hygiene, sanitation, allergen management, and traceability programs.
- Lead training programs for production, QC, warehouse & sanitation teams.
- Manage quality operations at Contract Manufacturing Units (CMUs).
🔷 Qualifications:
- M.Tech / M.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science.
- 8–12 years of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of sauces, ketchup, pickles, mayo & thermal processing.
- Strong experience in handling audits (FSSC, regulatory, customer).
- Experience in contract manufacturing quality – highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; SAP experience is an added advantage.
