Urgent requirement at Kundli location in QA
- Position: QA Executive – Food Industry
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc in Food Technology / Food Science
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raw material inspection and quality analysis of spices and food ingredients.
2. Monitoring of in-process quality parameters and final product approval.
3. Handling microbiological, chemical, and physical analysis activities.
4. SAP result recording, batch release, and documentation management.
5. Monitoring GMP, GHP, PRP, and food safety compliance on the shop floor.
6. Coordination with production, warehouse, and purchase teams for quality-related activities.
7. Sampling and analysis of RM, SFG, and FG as per quality plans.
8. Handling customer complaints, CAPA, and deviation reporting.
9. Monitoring laboratory equipment, chemicals, and calibration activities.
10. Vendor quality follow-up and support for supplier evaluation activities.
11. Support internal/external audits and compliance requirements.
12. Knowledge of FSSAI requirements, HACCP, and food safety systems is preferred.
