Bengal Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Bottler of The Coca-Cola Company) is looking for a result-oriented compliance professional to manage food safety systems and ISO documentation at our Dankuni plant.
🚨 WE ARE HIRING: EXECUTIVE – SYSTEMS
Role Overview:
- Position: Executive – Systems
- Location: Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal
- Experience: Mid-level (FMCG / Food & Beverage industry preferred)
- CTC: As per last withdrawn salary & experience
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology | M.Sc / B.Sc in Microbiology / Biotechnology
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 ISO Documentation & System Implementation
Core team member for implementing and auditing ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000 ISO 14001 frameworks.
Direct responsibility for document control, management, record-keeping, and KOSMOS data updates.
Act as an Internal Auditor for QMS and FSMS.
🔹 Food Safety Audits & Compliance
Monitor plant-wide GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and System compliance.
Ensure strict control over CCP, OPRP, and PRPs.
Enforce shop floor food safety norms (e.g., zero jewelry in process areas, strict access controls).
Direct responsibility for monitoring personnel hygiene practices in the bottling hall.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Process Control
Ensure proper cleanliness and hygienic conditions of Filler and processing equipment.
Manage process control across final syrup, water treatment, and final products.
Conduct compliance testing on raw materials, packing materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Manage calibration and availability of testing equipment and reagents.
