Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Production Manager – Organic Food to oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of organic food manufacturing dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead, plan, and manage daily production operations to meet targets and timelines.
2.Ensure production processes are optimized for efficiency, quality, and minimal waste.
3.Maintain strict adherence to organic certification standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO).
4.Supervise, train, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals.
5.Collaborate with quality, supply chain, maintenance, and R&D teams for smooth workflows.
6.Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
7.Maintaine accurate documentation, reports, and production records.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field.
2.5+ years of experience in food production or organic food manufacturing.
3.Strong knowledge of food safety and organic certification standards (FSSAI, HACCP).
4.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5.Proficiency with production planning tools and ERP systems preferred.
