📝 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Process Excellence Manager to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves leading product and project launches, coordinating with co-packers and Finance, and working closely with plant and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

- Drive new product launches and manufacturing projects
- Manage co-packing operations for performance and compliance
- Partner with Finance on cost, productivity, and efficiency improvements
