📝 Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Microbiologist to ensure the microbiological safety and shelf stability of our beverages. The role involves monitoring raw materials, processing, hygiene controls, and finished products in compliance with food safety standards.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological analysis as per defined frequency and SOPs
- Monitor hygiene practices and sanitation standards
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deviations and non-conformities
- Implement and maintain high hygiene standards across operations
- Support food safety and quality compliance initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
🎯 Who Can Apply
- BSc/MSc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience with microbiological testing methods and tools
