🎓 Educational Qualification
- UG/PG in Food Technology
- Food Science
- Food Engineering
- Food Processing
- Or other relevant food-related disciplines
💼 Experience Required
10–15 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry.

🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) and innovation projects.
- Drive product formulation, optimization, and process improvements.
- Conduct product trials, validation studies, and sensory evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, Marketing, and Procurement.
- Manage technical documentation, specifications, and supplier development activities.
⭐ Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations and food compliance.
- Expertise in food formulation and sensory analysis.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of FSMS, QMS, and OHSMS.
