Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Food Technology
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field
- Male candidates preferred due to shift requirements
Job Description:
- Conducting research, testing, and analytical work on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products.
- Performing chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Supporting new product development (NPD) and process improvement projects.
- Ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintaining accurate documentation of experiments and results.
- Operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, etc.
- Assisting senior scientists/technical teams in troubleshooting and validating methods.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (production, QA, R&D) for smooth operations.
