The food park is established under the Government of India – Ministry of Food Processing Industries scheme of “Mega Food Park”. As per the “Ministry of Food Processing Industries”, the Scheme of Mega Food Park aims at providing a mechanism to link agricultural production to the market by bringing together farmers, processors and retailers so as to ensure maximizing value addition, minimizing wastages, increasing farmers’ income and creating employment opportunities particularly in rural sector. The Mega Food Park Scheme is based on “Cluster” approach and envisages a well-defined agri/ horticultural-processing zone containing state-of-the art processing facilities with support infrastructure and well-established supply chain.

Open Positions: (only male candidates)
1. Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)
Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology
Experience: 6 to 10 years in Quality Assurance (preferably in food processing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA processes and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with production and R&D teams for product quality improvement
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and other industry standards
2. QA Officer
Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products
- Assist in maintaining documentation for regulatory compliance
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols in the plant
- Support in implementation of food safety management systems
3. Production Officer
Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology
Experience: 2 to 5 years in food production
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain production records and optimize process efficiency
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and QA teams for troubleshooting
