We Are Hiring – Head of Quality Assurance (Food Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead our food safety, quality systems, and audit compliance across our dehydration manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage all internal, external, and customer quality audits
🔹 Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
🔹 Maintain and strengthen the company’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
🔹 Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for audit findings
🔹 Oversee quality documentation, traceability, and GMP compliance
🔹 Coordinate with production, procurement, and supply chain to ensure consistent product quality
🔹 Manage supplier quality audits and vendor approvals
🔹 Lead and develop the QA team and quality culture across the plant
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong experience in food manufacturing quality assurance
✔ Hands-on experience handling certification and customer audits
✔ Good understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
✔ Leadership experience in managing QA teams
