Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our FMCG manufacturing facility in Bhopal. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 6 months of experience to begin a rewarding career in production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage production line operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with production staff to meet daily/weekly production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
- Support senior supervisors in process improvement and problem-solving.
- Conduct routine checks and escalate machinery or quality issues.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging material.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure.
