📍 Vacancies & Details (2026 Recruitment)

1️⃣ Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

No. of Posts: Multiple

Eligibility:

• M.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, Food Safety & Quality, Nutrition, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• M.Sc. candidates may require NET qualification plus experience.
  Age Limit: Up to ~35 yrs (men) / ~40 yrs (women)
  Remuneration: Approx. ₹42,000 + HRA (consolidated)
  Key Role: Support research projects, data analysis, experiments, reporting.

2️⃣ Young Professional (YP)

No. of Posts: Several roles in different specialisations

Eligibility:
Depending on area:

• Technical support, IT/Automation, or food/process related fields.
• Typically BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. with relevant experience.
  Age Limit: Max ~45 years
  Remuneration: Approx. ₹45,000–₹60,000 (fixed)
  Key Role: Assist with project execution, technical tasks, software/IT support where applicable.

3️⃣ Food Analyst

No. of Posts: 1

Eligibility:

• Ph.D. / Master’s in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Chemistry or Biotechnology.
• Minimum relevant experience (especially in high-tech equipment like GC-MS, FTIR, UHPLC/MS) preferred.
  Age Limit: Up to ~52 years
  Monthly Salary: Approx. ₹60,000 (fixed)
  Key Role: Perform analytical testing, food quality assessment, operate advanced lab instruments.

📋 General Conditions:

✔ Contract Duration: Initially 6 months (extendable based on project needs and performance)
✔ Work Schedule: 6 days a week
✔ Selection Process: Shortlisting → Written Examination → Interview (in-person)
