• Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food processing technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Job description:
- To be aware of commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform product development strategies. Ensure that R&D activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry
- Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and results.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing R&D activities, achievements, and future plans.
- Conducting internal audits, keeping checklists, SOP development and large-scale production analysis.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures for raw materials, in process, and finished products.
- Work with production teams to implement corrective actions based on quality feedback, Market research, product launch
- Utilize scientific principles and methodologies to formulate new product recipes and formulations that meet consumer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct product testing and evaluation to assess performance, stability, and sensory attributes.
- Optimize existing product formulations and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform R&D strategies and ensure compliance.
- Support the scale-up and transfer of new products to manufacturing, providing technical expertise and
- troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of R&D activities, including formulation records, lab reports, and project timelines.
- Be a part to Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
