Location : Bangalore
1) Purpose of the Position
To implement and supervise all the QA activities at respective sites, maintain system documentation and positive product release for packing and dispatch.
2) Major Duties & Responsibilities
1.Responsible for Approvals of Inbound and Outbound materials.
2.Maintaining all the documentation and records required for the system standards like BRC, ISO, HACCP and customer guidelines.
3.Maintaining high standards of GMP and hygiene during production
4. Responsible for Coordinating and scheduling for Audits like Internal Audits, GMP etc
5.Maintaining Nonconformity related documents with proper corrective action related to process, suppliers, Internal Audits and External Audit etc.
6. Ensure external analysis of samples done at NABL accredited labs as per the External Analysis schedule, coordinating for SFDA inspections and testing’s
7. Responsible for IPQC checks inside the facility
8. Responsible for COA generation for all outbound FG’s.
9. Coordinate with R &D and Production for Commercialization of FG’s
10. Managing and maintaining laboratory chemical and glassware’s stocks required for analysis.
11. Coordinate with Pest Control and HK team for the Plant Pest Control and Housekeeping Activities
12 For employees ensure the orientation, induction Programme, Medical checks, basic trainings are given and maintain the background checks
13 Performing the Real Time Shelflie study For FG’s
14. Responsible for coordination with R&D & production during the commercialization process
15. Responsible for performing GMP Audits for the facility
16. Providing on the job training to shopfloor staff.
🏅 Food safety training programs – 11 training 11 certificate
Qualification :Bsc/Msc in Food Science/Dairy Science or B tech in Food Tech/ Biotech
Year of experience : 2+ yrs in Sauces Line with knowledge in HACCP, GMP and other
Certifications like ISO/ BRC
Technical skills :
Should have experience in Sauces Line with knowledge in HACCP, GMP and other Certifications like ISO/ BRC
Should be able to mingle well with cross functional team
Should have basic Knowledge in Quality Systems, Analytical Techniques
