Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, specifically in Frozen & Canning industry
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation
- Experience in handling BRCGS, HALAL, FSSAI, and Legal compliance documentation
- Ability to manage and prepare for third-party and regulatory audits
- Skilled in monitoring CCPs and ensuring process line compliance
- Capable of handling customer complaints with timely corrective & preventive actions
- Good communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Maintain and update audit-related documents
- Conduct internal audits and training sessions for the team
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and production process adherence
- Liaise with certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities
