💼 Open Positions:
1. Assistant Manager – QA & Regulatory
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and export regulations (USFDA, BRCGS, etc.).
- Manage product labelling, artwork approvals, and statutory compliance.
- Handle change control and document management.
- Support NPD and commercialization from a regulatory perspective.
- Coordinate customer, third-party, and regulatory audits.
- Manage product specifications and compliance documentation.
2. Assistant Manager – Quality Control (QC)
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming raw material, packaging material, and finished goods analysis.
- Perform in-process quality checks and process monitoring.
- Maintain food safety and GMP compliance.
- Manage laboratory operations, equipment calibration, and method verification.
- Support internal, external, and certification audits.
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations during product commercialization and scale-up.
3. Senior Executive – Quality Assurance (QA)
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain QA documentation and implement quality systems.
- Monitor process quality and GMP compliance.
- Handle CAPA, deviations, and non-conformance management.
- Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor food safety compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
4. Senior Executive – Research & Development (R&D)
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products and improve existing formulations.
- Optimize recipes and reduce production costs.
- Plan and execute production trials and scale-up activities.
- Conduct shelf-life studies and product validation.
- Support technology transfer and commercialization.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Operations, Procurement, and cross-functional teams.
