Job Description:
- Ensuring the safety of people during the three-shift operation & Agglomeration Plant
- Implement General Principles of food hygiene in the Agglomeration Plant
- Lead PIT & Continuous Improvement initiatives in SDC & Agglomeration Plant
- Ensuring machine/ Spares availability by coordinating with maintenance team
- Preparing MOC, JSA and HIRA for any kind of modification in the process & New projects
- Execute Daily SAP entry’s & Monthly closure & Reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Quality & Packing for SFG/FG Clearance for Agglo process
- Coordinate with Quality team to address the process challenges to ensuring FTR
- Maintain necessary documentation & records of SDC Production and Agglo Process

- Monitor the critical control points in the Coffee Manufacturing Process
- Monitor the employee personal hygiene.
- Monitor the hygiene and sanitation of the premises.
- Meet the requirement of BRC/IFS and Food safety standards
- Participate in External/Internal Audit for certification BRC/FSSAI
- Participate in FSMS & QMS & EMS Team meetings.
- Participate in Management Review meetings.
- Educate and train new operators and workers on FSMS & QMS system.
- Assisting corrective actions if there is deviation in critical control points.
- Assisting in collecting data based on food safety objectives.
- Responsible to initiate corrective action when there is deviation from the Operational Pre-requisite program.
- To facilitate cross functional approach for problem solving and drive usage of quality control tools.
