- Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Quality
- Location: Amritsar, Punjab
- Industry: Ready-to-Eat Poultry Processing
- Experience Required: 4–5 years (Industry-relevant experience mandatory)
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within the ready to eat food production or poultry processing industry
- Hands-on experience in FSSC 22000, ISO, HACCP, and other food safety systems.
- Capable of leading internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with all statutory norms.
- Excellent understanding of process hygiene, documentation, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- BSC Food Science/QuaIity Management
- 2-5 yrs poultry QC experience
- HACCP certification preferred
