FreshToHome is looking for a passionate and innovative professional to join our team in Bangalore!
- Position: Assistant Manager – New Product Development
- Experience: 4–5 years (RTC/RTE – Non-Veg Products)
- Qualification: BTech in Food Technology
- Location: Bangalore
If you have hands-on experience in developing RTC/RTE products, scaling up manufacturing processes, conducting sensory evaluations, and working with FSSAI standards (cold chain category), we’d love to connect!
This role offers an exciting opportunity to:
✅ Develop innovative culinary-based product prototypes
✅ Lead product formulation & commercialization
✅ Drive process optimization and shelf-life studies
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to launch high-quality products
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ideate and develop innovative RTC/RTE (Non-veg) product portfolio
- Develop new product prototypes at R&D level for culinary-based products
- Build value-added product basket and customize as per requirements
- Improve/modify existing product formulations and standardize commercialization process
- Scale up new products and standardize manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and cold chain norms
- Maintain project tracker and adhere to launch timelines
- Conduct sensory evaluation of new products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shelf life studies, specifications, process optimization & legal requirements
