At FreshToHome, we’re looking for a passionate professional to join our Private Label team in Bangalore.
For this role, we are especially interested in candidates with a strong Food Technology background and hands-on experience in Quality and/or NPD. If you understand food safety, compliance, and product development, and are open to learning vendor management and sourcing, this could be a great opportunity to broaden your skill set.

🎓 Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation in Food Technology

- Experience in Quality / NPD within the food industry
- Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards
- Interest in working with vendors, sourcing, and private label operations
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a cross-functional role

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor identification, onboarding, and management across raw materials, packaging, and co-manufacturing.
- Building strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and supply.
- Developing sourcing strategies and negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Coordinating with QA teams to meet FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Tracking vendor KPIs and driving performance improvement.
- Managing procurement while considering seasonality and lead times.
- Leading cost optimization and new product development sourcing initiatives.
- Mitigating supply risks and ensuring ethical and sustainable practices.
- Maintaining vendor documentation and preparing reports for management.
