📍 Locations: Ahmedabad | Uttar Pradesh | Mumbai

💼 Department: Quality Assurance
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
✈️ Travel: Willingness to travel across multiple plant locations is mandatory.
💰 Compensation: As per market standard
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Processing, or an equivalent discipline
💼 Experience: 3–7 years of experience in IPQA / Quality Assurance
(Candidates from Spices, Food Processing, or FMCG industries will be preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct in-process quality inspections during cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending, sieving, and packaging operations.
✔ Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI standards.
✔ Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and report quality deviations.
✔ Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and IPQA documentation.
✔ Coordinate with Production and QA teams across multiple manufacturing plants.
✔ Monitor hygiene practices and cleanliness of processing areas.
✔ Verify packaging, labelling, batch coding, and seal integrity.
✔ Prepare inspection reports and support internal quality audits.
✔ Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives across plant locations.
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP & FSSAI regulations
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working in manufacturing environments
- Ability to work independently and travel across plants
