Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.Sc. in Dairy Technology or Food Technology, M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the dairy or food processing industry.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Experience in QA documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of Ice Cream, Dairy By-Products, and Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Good understanding of laboratory practices, quality control procedures, and product specifications.
- Ability to coordinate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
