Ltd. & NJ Foods Pvt Ltd., their operations started way back in 1966 in Chandigarh with 1 Production Unit and now it has 8 State of the art Technology manufacturing setup across Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Jammu with 25 Beverage making lines & 11 Distri Centers. The Company’s line of business includes the manufacturing of non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks and carbonated waters & Juices. The company owns distribution rights of the popular soft drinks like Coca-Cola, Thumps up, Limca, Maaza, Minute Maid Nimbu, Pulpy Orange, Kinley Water in the designated territories assigned by Coca-Cola India.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with Coca-Cola standards.
- Lead quality assurance activities across production, packaging, and finished goods.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen the quality culture.
- Lead, coach, and develop the quality team.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality.
- Experience within the Coca-Cola System is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of quality management, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
