This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the food manufacturing industry and have hands-on experience working in similar production environments. The selected candidate will be part of Kerry’s operations team, contributing to quality-driven manufacturing processes and efficient production systems.

Educational Qualification
- BSc / MSc Food Technology
- BTech / MTech Food Technology
- Dairy Technology / Food Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily/weekly production schedules
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and manpower
- Monitor production output, yield, and wastage
- Ensure compliance with food safety & quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSAI)
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores & Dispatch teams
- Maintain production records, batch records, and reports
- Implement cost-effective and efficient production processes
- Handle raw material usage and inventory control
- Support audits (internal, customer, FSSAI, ISO, FSSC, BRC)
- Train shop-floor staff on SOPs and safety practices
