Program Overview
The Food Process & Regulatory Compliance Professional (PRCP) Online Internship is a comprehensive, industry-aligned training program designed to prepare students and early professionals for processing operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance roles within manufacturing and allied industries.
Delivered fully online, the program combines expert-led live sessions, recorded learning modules, real industrial documentation, regulatory interpretation, and case-based assignments to simulate real-world industry exposure in a virtual environment.
This internship bridges the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by focusing on practical compliance systems, process understanding, and audit readiness, enabling participants to become job-ready for quality and regulatory functions.

- Flow of operations: raw material to finished product
- Unit operations and process sequencing
- Process efficiency, yield, and loss control
- Role of processing professionals in industry
2. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Hygiene Control
- Principles and importance of GMP
- Personal hygiene and workplace practices
- Facility hygiene and sanitation concepts
- Cleaning & sanitation programs (CIP/SOP understanding)
- Common hygiene failures and preventive measures
3. Regulatory Framework & Compliance
- Overview of national regulatory requirements (FSSAI)
- Introduction to global standards: ISO 22000, HACCP concepts, FSSC 22000 v6
- Regulatory approvals, licensing, and compliance obligations
- Product standards, labeling basics, and compliance checks
- Understanding regulatory inspections and expectations
4. Process Monitoring & Control
- Process parameters and critical control points
- Monitoring methods and control measures
- Handling deviations and process failures
- In-process quality checks and verification
- Traceability and batch control systems
5. Audit Readiness & Compliance Assessment
- Types of audits: internal, external, and regulatory
- Audit preparation and checklist understanding
- Audit findings and classification
- Responding to observations and compliance gaps
- Maintaining audit-ready systems

Internship Details

- 30 days virtual classes and 15 days project work/ assignment
- Recording of the session will be provided for revision
