Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Quality Intern to support the QA/QC team at our Rajahmundry facility. The intern will work closely with production and quality teams to ensure quality standards for millet-based products such as nutribars and protein bars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily quality monitoring during production and packaging activities.
- Support raw material inspection, sampling, and verification.
- Conduct in-process checks such as weight, texture, moisture, and coding verification.
- Help in maintaining QA documentation (BMR/BPR, CCP records, hygiene logs, etc.).
- Monitor plant GMP, hygiene practices, and food safety compliance.
- Assist in lab testing and sample preparation.
- Report quality deviations and assist in corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and plant hygiene inspections.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing/completed B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Eager to learn and work in a production environment.
- Stipend: As per company policy
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Location: Rajahmundry Unit
- Joining: Immediate
