Are you an experienced Quality assurance professional with a passion for ensuring exceptional product standards and optimizing operational processes? We are looking for a dedicated QA – Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives, implement effective strategies, and enhance product excellence at Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Scope and General Purpose of jobs: The Quality Assurance Manager will develop and manage Quality Assurance programs and activities that will ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards and government regulations (FSSAI).
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Assist QA Head in all QA activities with proper follow ups and implementation of instructions, including manpower management of internal QA Team.
- Evaluate and assist in the development of SOPs and Validation of Shelf life of the inhouse made products.
- Develop and execute training programs that align with the company’s quality and food safety objectives on monthly basis.
- Apply administrative skills to track QA lab expenses.
- Oversee internal QA audits across PAN India
- Monitor and evaluate pest control measures and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms for restaurants, including FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India).
- Ensure compliance with temperature-controlled devices and transport facilities, preventing food from being exposed to the danger zone.
- Calculate the nutritional values for new recipes.
- Monitor chemical usage and ensure the chemical consumption data is captured and usage at the outlet is controlled.
- Compile the QA data for the quarterly review.
- Create appropriate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for guest complaints and ensure effective implementation of preventive actions.
- Perform the out-station QA audits as per need.
𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in food safety and hygiene (FSSAI).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- FoStac Certified supervisor.
