Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of GMP, GHP, and food safety norms.
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality checks.
- Maintain compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for customer complaints or quality deviations.
- Train production teams on quality practices.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years in QA/QC, preferably in biscuit or food processing.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, lab equipment, and documentation.
