Sr. Executive – Production (Frozen Foods Specialist Line)
Location: Mudarada, Mehsana
Jackwin Foods is looking for a dynamic Sr. Executive – Production to lead our frozen food production lines. You will ensure smooth production, meet daily targets, maintain quality & food safety standards, optimize resources, reduce wastage, and mentor a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily and weekly production plans and monitor line efficiency (OEE)
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and manpower
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain for seamless production flow
- Adhere to SOPs, batch sheets, and work instructions
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Drive yield enhancement and waste reduction projects
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and other food safety standards
- Conduct hygiene and sanitation inspections
- Lead, train, and manage line supervisors, operators, and contract manpower
- Plan and manage shifts, attendance, and manpower deployment
- Coordinate with engineering for preventive maintenance and equipment readiness
- Maintain production records, batch logs, downtime reports, and shift summaries
- Analyze daily production KPIs and present MIS reports to management
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc. (Food Tech/Dairy/Mechanical/Chemical)
- 6–9 yrs in food manufacturing, preferably frozen foods, snacks, or processed foods
- Knowledge of production planning, process control, SOPs, HACCP, FSSC 22000, TPM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and line operations
