We are looking for a Shift Incharge for our dairy production unit in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Position: Shift Incharge – Dairy Plant
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Dairy / FMCG production
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise dairy production activities during the shift
- Ensure smooth operation of milk processing and packing lines
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Monitor manpower and shift operations
- Achieve daily production targets
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Prepare shift production reports and documentation
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field
