- Position Title: Shift Chemist
- Experience – 1- 4 Years of Experience
- Qualification: DIPLOMA FOOD PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OR DAIRY TECHNOLOGY **(BTECH NOT REQUIRED).
- Location: Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal
- Salary : UPTO 30K CTC/PM
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Syrup Room Operations:
Prepare beverage base/syrup as per recipes and formulations.
Conduct Brix, acidity, pH, and other necessary checks on in-process and finished syrup. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation (CIP) of syrup tanks and pipelines. Maintain syrup preparation records and batch traceability. Monitor raw material usage and report discrepancies.
2. Water Treatment Plant (WTP):
Operate and monitor WTP systems including sand filters, carbon filters, softeners, RO systems, and UV disinfection. Conduct routine testing of raw water, treated water, and product water for parameters such as pH, TDS, chlorine, hardness, turbidity, microbial content, etc. Ensure compliance with regulatory water quality standards. Maintain logs and calibration records of water testing equipment.
